Last updated: 12 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how MCA Consulting Limited ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit mcazambia.com or contact us through this website. We are committed to handling your information responsibly and in line with the Data Protection Act No. 3 of 2021 of Zambia and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who we are

MCA Consulting Limited is the data controller for information collected through this website. We are registered with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner of Zambia.

The information we collect

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how our website is used. This is a privacy-first tool that does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. It records anonymous, aggregated information such as which pages are viewed, the website that referred you, your approximate country, and your general device type. It uses your IP address only momentarily to estimate your country and does not store your IP address or build any profile that could identify you. We cannot identify individual visitors from this data.

Information you send us

If you complete our contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, your organisation, your email address, your phone number, and your message. We use these only to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. Your submission is delivered to us by email through a form-processing service (see "Who we share information with" below).

The location map

Our contact page can display an interactive Google map of our office. To protect your privacy, this map does not load automatically. It loads only if you click "Show our location on Google Maps". If you choose to load it, Google may set cookies and receive your IP address under Google's own Privacy Policy. If you never click to load the map, no information is shared with Google.

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking. Because we use cookieless analytics, there is nothing for you to accept or reject, which is why you will not see a cookie banner. The only cookies that could be set are Google's, and only if you actively choose to load the location map described above.
